Your First Visit:
You will be cheerfully greeted when you arrive and welcomed to our office. Our patients often tells us how warm and inviting our office feels. We want all of our patients to feel comfortable in our office. We believe the healing process is more than just the adjustment, and that a relaxing environment can accelerate the healing process.
If you have not previously completed your new patient information sheets they will be given to you after your arrival. These forms are very important. This helps the doctor get a complete picture of your health condition in order to better serve you.
At this point the doctor with meet with you. This will include an in-depth consultation as well as an examination. At this point, if no additional testing is needed, the doctor will give the patient a brief explanation of your condition and proceed with treatment. For most patients, this first visit takes
Prior to leaving, patients may be given instructions on certain activities or procedures to be conducted at home. This may include ice or heat application instructions, avoidance of certain activities or positions, as well as home exercises and/or stretches.
The last event will be setting up convenient times for follow up appointments. Generally speaking, patients are seen within 1-2 days and are provided with a complete report of findings. Treatment options for your condition will also be discussed during this time.

Your Second Visit:
At your second visit, the doctor will explain what was found during the examination and how we may be able to help you. After we study your health history and correlate our examination findings, we will make recommendations specifically designed to help you get and keep your health. We call this the report of findings. The goal of this is to educate you about your condition and your body in order to help you understand how it occurred and how to prevent it from occurring again!
Regular Visit: Typical visits take about 30 minutes. It is important to remember that each adjustment builds on the one before it, just like an exercise program. If you fall off the schedule or miss a number of appointments, your recovery will be compromised. This is especially true in accidents, serious traumas, or chronic cases. If your goal is to get well as quickly as possible, it's necessary to make up missed appointments.
